Smoking Policy: No Smoking - Smoking in NOT permitted anywhere inside Fairlawns. Any guest found smoking will incur a £100 cleaning charge and will be asked to leave.

We accept pets (please advise us if bringing your pet), however, any damage they may cause will be charged for.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations can be made up to 10am on the morning of arrival without charge. Cancellations after 10am on the morning of arrival will be charged for the first night.
Conditions Check In is from 13:00 Check Out is by 11:00.
Family rooms are suitable for 2 ADULTS and upto 2 CHILDREN.
We will not accept bookings for parties of more than 2 adults per room (a room booked for 3 ADULTS or more will be separated into an additional room and charged accordingly).
